I recently used Mr. Jordan's services and could not be happier with the result. My case started all the way back in February of 2020 and we just finished in April 2021 due to multiple unforeseen circumstances. I was in the U.S. Air Force for 7 years, got out as a Staff Sergeant, and served all 7 years in California. I was charged with several counts of wrongful use of controlled substance and false official statement. My general court martial had changed dates multiple times but after much paperwork, we finally settled on a Chapter 4 (administrative discharge in lieu of court martial). There are times in the Army that bureaucracy overtakes sanity. When that happened and it was hard to see hope, I reached out Mr. Jordan and he immediately took the case. He is matter of fact and trustworthy, and I honestly don’t know how things would have ended without his help. I am very happy with the result of my 15-6 investigation (unfounded) and know that few people could have represented me as skillfully or as professionally. Mr. Jordan was extremely helpful! I was not able to receive adequate assistance from JAG, or any of my leadership. I believed that the Army would have my back and diligently do the investigation that would surely vindicate me. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was not taken seriously. I saw that if I did not take matters into my own hands they would surely take my nursing license, continue to inadequately investigate the case, and slander my character. I retained Mr. Jordan for representation after receiving an officially filed GOMOR in the Army. That was followed by a Flight Evaluation Board (FEB) and a Board of Inquiry (BOI). Mr. Jordan and his office got to know my case, did quite a bit of leg work and fought hard for me. They successfully represented me during the FEB and I was able to retain my aviation ratings. A few months later he successfully represented me in the BOI and I was retained in the military. I wish I would have hired Mr. Jordan from day one and possibly have avoided this entire mess by having him help me get the GOMOR filed locally. However, better late than never. He is extremely professional, hard working and honest with you. Like many of you I never would have thought I would need to retain an attorney for anything, but if it comes down to fighting for yourself and your career, Mr. Jordan will do his absolute best if you choose to have him represent you.

I Retained Mr.Jordan back in August of 2018 after my ship tried to screw me over by sending me to CO's mast. I was reduced in rank from E-6 to E-5. After consulting with his team i knew this was the right choice. His paralegal Tasha immediately started working on my appeal with the information that i provided. In December of 2018 my appeal came back in my favor and my rank was restored and i received back pay. I also retained him again due to the same command trying to do more shady things and a false claim that I supposedly assaulted two Sailors. I had my Admin Separation Board recently and by unanimous decision of 3-0 I was found not guilty and able to retain my rank and continue my career in the Navy. Greetings and Happy Holidays 2020. I hope everyone’s holidays and New Year’s went well. I am happy to report to you that I have been cleared of all allegations and the 15-6 investigation concluded favorably for me. In specific I was accused by a former Soldier of mine as being an “Insensitive driven achiever” covered in AR 600-100 as “toxic” leadership. I had a Soldier that didn’t meet the standard and had not passed a PT test in two years and when she failed at all attempts to assist her, she was chaptered out of the Army. On her way out the door she filled a complaint against me stating I was “Insensitive driven achiever”. This was basically her attempt to get back at me on her way out the door because I enforced standards and she didn’t like it. I hired Mr. Jordan and his team because the command was considering a relief-for-cause NCOER for Toxic leadership based off of her complaint. I wanted to ensure my rebuttal and documentation were solid. Even though I felt this was a cut and dry case, I did not want to tackle it alone. When it comes to my career I take no chances, I wanted someone to ensure my career was protected and Mr. Jordan did that. Mr. Jordan and his team ensured I was take care of. Mr. Jordan is by far the best attorney in the United States if not the globe that works with Military Court Martials. My case was over a year long with lots of complexities, and accusations specifically dealing with Article 120 of the UCMJ. Mr. Jordan was not only able to prove I gave a false confession due to my mental/physical health, but he was also able to prove my innocence and find each and every inconsistency in the alleged victims story of events. I've worked hand in hand with my local ADC for over a year due to my case and Mr. Jordan is by far one of the most thorough/persistent individuals I know. Greetings, I’m a PFC in the United States Army and was falsely accused of Abusive Sexual Contact. I knew that a civilian lawyer along with my military one was the way to go.
