Poor communication and responsiveness from some staff members
“Horrible communication case has been on going for over 1 year and 6 months when told it will only take 6month-1year. Been kept in the dark about the whole case not email no call backs after leaving several voice mails. Monica is terrible at her job. Would not recommend the Killeen law firm to anyone”
