My experience with the law firm was pleasant, given the circumstances. My primary dealings were with Jami Nance and I can say her ability to quickly answer my questions and whether through email or over the phone really resulted in my overall positive experience. Family law issues are typically long and drawn out; my experience wasn't much different in that regard but this law firm went above and beyond in my opinion. The got me the right paperwork and filed it quickly with little to no hassle. I'm glad Jami was there for me and made a traditionally poor experience much more manageable. Thank you, Jami. You're the best!!!

Horrible communication case has been on going for over 1 year and 6 months when told it will only take 6month-1year. Been kept in the dark about the whole case not email no call backs after leaving several voice mails. Monica is terrible at her job. Would not recommend the Killeen law firm to anyone

My husband was in an accident. We needed someone who could speak Spanish. Monica was so helpful and guided us through the whole process. She treated us with respect and was always there to answer our questions.

I have worked with employees in this firm. David Williams has excellent customer service and genuinely cares about his clients. This firm as a whole has a high level of professionalism and support. They take care of their clients.

I was involved in a Hit and Run Accident in which I was hit twice from behind! It is so unfortunate that the young man that hit me did not wait around to see if I was okay! The Carlson Law firm, under the Attorney Mr Scott Crivelli took my case and immediately got me on the path to treatment. They refferred me for MRI's, therapy and Chiropractic services in which they covered the upfront costs until damages were awarded! Ms Jennifer Campos the Liason as Office Manager took over at the helm to ensure that the Insurance company followed through with a timely resolution for damages awarded me. Mr Crivelli, was genuinely concerned that I and my husbands concerns were addressed fully. He took time with us to ensure Great Customer Satisfaction! My husband and daughter were involved in a rear end vehicle collision. The Carlson Law Firm has done a great job with the insurance company of the at fault driver. The insurance company has been less than cooperative, putting it mildly, but I have not had to deal with them at all. Everything has been taken care of for us by our legal assistant, Monica, and our attorney, Scott Crivelli. They have done a great job for us and I am glad they were able to take our case. I am not sure what we would have done without them. I have and will always recommend the Carlson Law Firm for legal services.

Calling on Carlson law firm is absolutely the WORST mistake my family has ever made! Totally a waist of 1 yr n 6 months! They deserve Half a star!

I retained Carlson in a personal injury case, my whole experience was a night mare until I fired them and went to another attorney who quickly settled the matter for the maximum insurance would pay. when I confronted the attorney at Carlson I was told they had so many cases they were over whelmed and there was nothing special about my case and sure I could go to another firm but they were going to put a lean against my case for payment of their fees. my new attorney questioned their fees based on the files he received from their office and work they claimed they had done. Mysteriously their request for payment disappeared.
