DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU FOR BANKRUPTCY! You will regret it. They literally caused my sister to lose her home! They failed to fight for her in court. They stopped paying for her home in the bankruptcy the main reason she got in the bankruptcy. Then he shows up to court, no paperwork in hand, late, wrinkled, no fight no purpose.RUN!

This law firm will tell you just about anything to get you off the phone. I was told different answers by more than one representative and none of them ended up being correct. After speaking with the owner, my understanding of what had transpired improved but I still was not satisfied with how I was treated. Another point is if you schedule a phone appointment with them, you are required to call in and wait until they are ready. You are paying for the services his staff should call you, since you are the paying client when they are ready to speak. This makes you feel unimportant and like you have nothing else better to do than to wait for them. I wouldn't recommend this firm and I hate writing this but it is important for everyone to get all sides of their performance. Maybe I was not an important enough client but I thought the lawyer should be treating each case with the same effort and energy.

Grossly misrepresented! Tisdale Law Firm and their associates were unprofessional for the amount of money that was spent. Joshua Tisdale was late, had no clue who I was, and most importantly showed up underprepared. When trying to inquire information from the office staff about the remaining funds in the account, after the hearing. I was directed to a voicemail and then shortly thereafter emailed a bill for emails and calls that were unnecessarily charged to the account. Leading to the account being depleted of its funds and then some. If you are interested in hiring the Tisdale Law firm for their services; I would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.
