This is based on the customer service of the hispanic front desk agent(I do not remember her name). She was rude when i asked to speak to my lawyer assistant.

I must say that these Lawyers and paralegals actually care! Mr. Steven Walden and Mrs. Jamie Nance are hands down the BEST at what they do with over 20 years of experience that SHINED through in our court cases. CPS removed my children and in 1 WEEK they had my sweet babies back at home!! Mr. Walden is a great lawyer and has a great staff. Always returned my calls promptly, always polite to us, and went over and beyond to fight on my family's behalf. I was turned down by other lawyers who were scared to take our case but Mr. Walden and his team took it immediately and won in a week!!!!! Hands down the BEST Lawyer/Attorney in Texas. thank you so much from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful God led me to you guys. Thanks again and GREAT JOB.

I recently sought out The Carlson Law Firm in Killeen, TX to represent me in a personal injury matter. Mr. Scott Crivelli, an attorney at Carlson, and his assistant, Ms. Lyzz Torres, worked with me on my case. During the entire process I had very good communication with this team. I never had to wonder what was going on nor did I have to pester them for information. As the time for me to be deposed approached, I sat down with Mr. Crivelli and he prepared me for what was to come so that I would not enter the deposition ignorantly. Needless to say, "we knocked the deposition out of the park!!!" Our success in the deposition forced opposing counsel to recommend to the insurance company to settle; which they did. I am happily satisfied with my experience at The Carlson Law Firm and without hesitation encourage anyone with a matter covered under Carlson's umbrella of services to give them a call. Robert D.

Do NOT come to this firm for tickets. They attempt to charge outrageous fees. Just recently I had an attorney take care of 4 tickets for me totaling $1,304 in fines. I paid the Attorney $275 for 4 tickets, he got my fines reduced to $754, and they stayed off of my record. THIS firm tried to charge me $750 in attorney fees for ONE ticket. The ticket itself was a $300 ticket. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how they are with any other criminal or personal injury matter, but I will definitely look elsewhere for my legal needs on this ticket.

Very efficient they do a great job

The service I received from Ms Jami was outstanding, she was very respectful and knowledgeable, I enjoyed her presence and if I had any questions via email a response was received immediately. In my protracted divorce case, both Dani and Brandi handled in a professional manner. Dani left no stone un-turned and Brandi was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend the Carlson team for any legal needs.

Rude folks

Horrible experience with these people. The paralegal Cecilia is very unethical with her work and dishonest. This office is money hungry and don’t really care about the clients they only care about the money.
