The office initially gave me the wrong time for a court appearance (very crucial) due to their computer calendar having the wrong time zone on it. Thankfully I caught it the day before, it could have been a disaster for me. Then they billed me for a large amount that I already paid and they had to remove it. Overall not very impressed Mr. Pritchard. Then the lawyer that handled my case was often not aware of the details, he was a smart guy but obviously indifferent to the situation and did not prepare me for the stand either which was a shock. Your firm seems to deal in volume and focus on revenue despite your fancy ads and marketing. It was ok overall but they have a great deal of room for improvement. Good luck in your legal issues, most are just out to get paid.

Do not do not come here !!! They are liars and tell you what you want to hear. Once you give them your first payment which mine was 3k they avoid you as much as possible not even the owner cares! I have spoke to him because im being billed twice for different people working on my case! One person works on it i get charged then they don’t finish but i get charged for that and guess what they don’t call you i found out 3 weeks after because i kept calling them about my upcoming mediation day well they cancelled my mediation day because my lawyer forgot! I called a few days prior to that i got billed all those calls for me to see if my mediation day was on i kept calling them to see if i would just go by myself Really a lawyer forgetting ? After the calls they cancelled mediation and a lawyer put in another order for someone to keep doing the filing paperwork the first one never did she left it incomplete i got charged around $1200 for the first lady but guess what im being charged for another person that went in and did it all over again. and they don’t even care what you’ve paid they’ll only get you down for the first court after that good luck! They’ll make your case take longer so you can keep paying and theres not only a final amount oh no! If they told you that in the initial consultation they lied!! I have contacted billing to sort it a few attorneys and they say they’ll take a look to sort out the bills which are lies they never get back to me! I was charged 2800 for a cancelled court date yes you heard that right when i brought that to attention with the billing they said the attorney still prepared for it so i have to be charged a month later i have another court date and guess what different attorney that had no knowledge about my case and did nothing to get what child support should be but accept some miserable amount of $400 a month for 3 children and my ex husband makes 2k a week these people don’t care about you or your situation all they care about is money!!! Nothing else i swear just look somewhere else! This place is a no! No no! I was sketchy with a mix of different reviews but i regret entirely choosing this place i should have kept doing my own divorce the outcome would have been better than this! Ive paid 3 k upfront and now around 6k in billing for one court date for child support im telling you i should have done this alone i did it because i trusted the attorney in my initial consultation which was jeff that said it would be around 1500 or less and that i would get my money back from the 3k i was paying upfront lies lies lies!!!! I still have not finished my divorce they told me they would look for a court date some time next year when they have time ! Who wants to pay 500 a month for something you’re not getting! Don’t come here!!!

We were misquoted by 2k. Never received our military discount like their website claimed. We were told our case would be approximately 3k and now after the case has been closed for almost 2 months we are being billed almost 2k. Our case was a straight forward case for an adoption no opposing parties. Our lawyer was 15 minutes late to our hearing.

Consulted for a custody dispute, he promised the moon, or, at least 50/50. This case was a bit complicated and ongoing. The INSTANT I transferred 5K, all of a sudden everything is way more complicated than what was discussed, he literally did ZERO. I got NOTHING. I paid 5K to get lied to. There's a reason this firms ratings are so low
