You always hear that it’s easier to get married than it is to divorce. That was not my experience & a portion of it was thanks to this law firm! Hope to never be in this particular situation again, but it’s good to know who I can depend on. Thanks again!

These people lie to your face about what something will cost, they charge you for calling you (even though they did not) my 750.00 max case (their words) has cost over 3000.00 so far. And if you email to question items on the monthly bill, they bill you for that as well. Go elsewhere. This place is a joke.

I called several attorneys that were unable to assist me (for a variety of valid reasons) on a QDRO situation I was struggling with. I finally made contact Amanda, a receptionist that was extremely sensitive towards the concerns I had, who then set up a phone consult with myself and Mr. Pritchard (same day). He was able provide the answers and direction I’d been struggling to find on this QRDO situation with the same concern his reception staff expressed. Mr. Pritchard’s bio states that he is “ultimately passionate about protecting his clients’ rights.” I personally have no doubt this is true . . . and I’m not one of his clients! Thank you Amanda, Mr. Pritchard, and Courtney! I really hope you understand how big your help was on that day I reached out to you.

I would highly advise to look elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. My lawyer Nj gaunt " represented " me for over a year yet half of the time he barely ever knew what was going on. I understand lawyers are busy but this is unacceptable. During my final hearing he showed up UNPREPARED. he did not have any of my exhibits on hand in which the judge refused to have a hearing. this was a child custody case and it was ripped from me because of his inability to be prepared to " represent " me. I filed a complaint afterwards and Brett Prichard didn't care what transpired that day of court, he insisted I had a misunderstanding even tho I was THERE and witnessed the judge asking for my exhibits in which Nj gaunt stated he didn't have! It was on his laptop! And the judge proceeded to say " I can't do anything with that " the judge declined to have a hearing for lack of evidence even tho I DID provide my lawyer with all my evidence and I even had a witness. While talking to Bret Pritchard he tried to make is seem like the judge was at fault and didn't want to be at court all day because he's leaving in January when in reality it was because no gaunt did NOT have my exhibits on hand to have the hearing ! Brett offered to give me another attorney in which I declined, I asked for a reimbursement for legal malpractice in which he stated he was withdrawing from my case.

I would like to give special recognition and thanks to the absolutely outstanding legal work of Quincy Hall and Dallas Anderson. Mr. Hall has gone above and beyond while handling my case with the upmost care and consideration. He will truly go the extra mile for his clients making sure they get the fairest possible results. As well as making sure all your questions and concerns are answered and addressed knowledgeably. I would also like to recognize the excellent paralegal work provided by Dallas Anderson, and her patience while answering questions and working around my active work schedule. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose their legal team as I believe they are worth every penny and then some. I am very grateful to have such an incredible legal team in my corner and would feel confident recommending them to anyone.
