I want to personally thank Gregory Simmons (and his fiancé, Denise) for marrying my daughter on such short notice and allowing us to use the entrance to his beautiful office to do so. We were able to give our daughter the biggest little wedding possible!

Absolutely horrible and incompetent. My husband hired lawyer for a SPEEDING TICKET almost 2 years ago. After failing to appear in court on his behalf MULTIPLE times, he was arrested. Even after we made them aware of warrants MULTIPLE times. They failed to communicate important details to us and continue to fail us. After the case was closed A YEAR AGO, no one will return our calls or emails regarding documents we requested for insurance purposes. Awful experience with a simple speeding ticket, I can't imagine how difficult it would be for them to handle a more serious case.

While the firm displays professionalism, fathers seeking to enhance their court orders should be cautious. My experience was that the costs were significant with limited results. After four years and an investment of over $6,000, they withdrew when I faced financial constraints. If considering this firm, ensure the potential results align with your budget. Unfortunately I was only able to work with Chet, was never afforded the opportunity to work with Gregory Simmons.

I do not recommend using this office AT ALL. My brother paid Mr Chet to represent him. He was a wonderful attorney but the office he was working at is screwing people over. They will charge you for even communicating with them. My brother paid 9,000 and was finishing up paying and then all of a sudden jumped to well over 15,000 for every little thing. Communication, then driving to court, them requesting stuff YES THEY CHARGED HIM FOR THAT. They charge him for STUPID STUFF. No law office should be able to screw people over. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE BECAUSE YOU WILL FORK OVER $20,000 for weird stuff. NOT EVEN COURT STUFF. DO NOT USE “MY CASE” THEY CHARGE YOU. This law firm is a complete joke. You will regret using them because they’ll hype your price up every message, paper they print, request they make, they’ll even charge you for taking a drug test that YOU YOURSELF PAY FOR.

Be aware. I paid Chet $3000 to represent me for a small claims of $6000 plus damages caused by a property manager who stole $6000 of my rental income. Chet told me over the phone that $3000 will be enough to see thru the case. After the case was postponed to another date, he requested another $3000. I called the office several times to talked to Chet but never got transferred. He never attempt to call me back. In total I have paid him $5000 including the cost of mediation prior to the additional $3000 to take the case to court. He is now demanding another $3000 and sent me notice to withdraw if I don’t pay the additional amount. Very shady business practice and will surely be reporting this the FTC. They are thieves avoid at all cost

Had an 11am appointment and I get there, but no one’s here. There’s a sign on the window that they moved across town and their phone is going straight to voicemail. Glad I had this experience before any process started.

Walked in got the information I needed feel like I received good advice if I need an attorney in the future I will return here
