If you need a good lawyer, I can't recommend Jason highly enough. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable in the law, there is nobody I would trust more with my legal needs in regards to general civil litigation, business, contracts, family law, and estate planning (and beyond). His counsel even outside of these areas has been invaluable and his recommendations when I've needed legal help in other states or other areas of the law have always been top notch.

I first hired Mr. Rowe in 2015 for a business incorporation and the drafting of some business agreements for our medical group. I have been extremely happy with his services, and have continued to use him ever since. On one recent very serious matter, we hired Mr. Rowe to defend us in some very contentious litigation. He continually kept us informed as to the status of our case and stayed in contact with us throughout the matter, always available to take calls at the office and quickly responding to any emails. With Mr. Rowe's guidance on our case, not only were we able to resolve it in our favor, but we turned the tide on the opposing party and they ended up having to pay back our attorney fees for the case. It was truly a pleasure working with Mr. Rowe. I continue to use him for other business needs with our office, and he even helped my family by drafting wills for us. I have no hesitations in recommending Mr. Rowe to friends and family, and have been incredibly grateful for his services.

Jason does not "phone it in." He gives 110% for every client. I had a tiny court case that I was nervous about. Jason went to court with me (the evening of his birthday!) and put my fears at ease. He is incredibly reliable and easy to work with.

Mr. Rowe provided excellent advice and service following a ticket I received during an auto accident. There were conflicting police reports and witness accounts. Mr. Rowe's counsel put me at ease prior to the trial. On the court date, everything was resolved quickly with the result of my case being dismissed.

I went to Mr. Rowe for help in negotiating the terms of a business I wanted to buy. He was able to immediately get me a much better deal than I had been able to negotiate up to that point. He saved me thousands of dollars on the purchase, drafted the agreements, and even helped secure a strong non-compete agreement by the previous owner. As I started getting the business going, he's continued to work in providing valuable business and legal advice, drafting sales contracts, negotiating other business purchases going forward, and helped with a debt collection on a breached contract. As a small business, it would be impossible for me to afford to keep a lawyer on the payroll, but with Mr. Rowe, I'm able to have my own general counsel for a fraction of the cost every month. I'm always happy to save money, and Mr. Rowe has been an invaluable resource for my business. The peace of mind of having a lawyer on retainer is also a nice feeling. I think it definitely gives me a leg-up over other small businesses. I recommend Mr. Rowe for any small business.

I worked at a plant, and hired Jason when I was injured on the job at a plant not too long ago. I had signed an arbitration agreement when I started working there, and had other attorneys tell me that I'd be able to recover less because of that, and one attorney who said he just didn't know much about arbitration. Jason completely understood the arbitration process and didn't let it phase him at all. In the end, I was able to successfully recover more than I even expected, with Jason showing that my former company had been negligent in taking care of the machinery that led to my injury. My family will always be grateful to Jason, and I recommend him if you ever get injured while working.

I highly recommend Jason Rowe for any legal services you need. He is a rare breed among attorneys and will always have your best interest in mind. I unfortunately was in a business relationship that needed to end after 9 years of working together. It was an extremely complicated arrangement, but Mr. Rowe helped me to feel at ease from our very first meeting. Mr. Rowe showed he understood not only the needs of my business, but my personal needs in needing to end my business relationship. He even helped me in setting up a new business structure so I could transition quickly from my old business relationship to a new one. I worked with Mr. Rowe for a period of about 5 months, from hiring him to parting ways, and Jason was always a quick phone call away and available to assist with any questions or unexpected events. He took the time to reply to my emails quickly, as well as even to reply to my texts. When I was out of the country on business, he had no problem setting up a video-conference with me so I could get business questions answered while working overseas. Starting and ending a business relationship can be so complex if done right, and an attorney can make or break the entire situation. We all need attorneys in business affairs, and more importantly the RIGHT attorney. At one point, I was also being sued by an ex-spouse and showed him the paperwork. He immediately took charge of the situation as if he was being sued personally, and got me out of the mess. I have found my attorney for life, and couldn't be happier with his professional and knowledgeable service. If you're reading this review in search of an attorney, start with a phone call. Our company worked with Mr. Rowe earlier this year on several very serious situations and he was able to bring about a very positive outcome in each of them. During the entire process, he was very punctual with all meetings and responsive to all of our calls in between meetings. After the resolution of those matters, we also asked Mr. Rowe to review our business practices for areas of potential improvement to help prevent similar situations. He was able to identify several areas where we could implement better practices to protect ourselves in the future. It was helpful to have a lawyer who understood our business before we even had our first face-to-face meeting. Mr. Rowe was always prepared and always efficient. We enjoyed him being there for our company and are very happy with the results.

We were looking to potentially purchase two businesses, but the other side continually stalled on getting us the information we needed to complete the purchase. We had to cancel the purchase after the deadline for them to give us information had passed, but they refused to refund us the earnest money we were owed as a result of the sale not going through. We tried to resolve the matter on our own for several months. My only regret is not hiring Mr. Rowe sooner to help with the purchase from the beginning. Not only did he get us our money back without us even having to go to court, but he got us interest on what we were owed, and the other side even paid all attorney fees. We ended up getting back more than we even expected. I couldn't be happier with our experience and I'm happy to work with Mr. Rowe in the future. Next time, I'll hire him sooner.
