Very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Attorney Jonathan Randolph and his staff at Randolph Law Firm. I was at ease from listening to him and he guided me through the steps of how a case process is like. He cares about what people are going through. The process to obtain services is very straightforward and efficient! Kudos!

Kristi was very professional and knowledgeable in helping to draw up all the necessary Estate documents to include; Our Will, Medical Power of Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Appointment of Agent to Control Disposition of Remains, Directive to Physicians and HIPPA Release and Authorization. This was not something I was looking forward to doing which she made this process easy and painless. Highly recommend Kristi and will definitely be using her in the future.

Johnathon Randolph was hired to handle an issue with my title company, he did the initial request for documents yada yada yada. We had some correspondence via email. I was to gather quotes so we could determine what the title company owes. All of this is right in the middle of the Covid situation. I was unable to get anyone to do the quotes, they had all kinds of excuses or they said they would and didn't follow through. Bottom line this is not an emergency situation and the case isn't going away. The other day I receive a partial refund form Johnathon stating that because I was unable to provide quotes in a timely manner they would no longer be able to represent me. What a complete joke, it was no burden for them to wait for the quotes, meanwhile he helps himself to over $600 of my retainer for doing absolutely nothing. (A couple of emails) Johnathon had told me that he had made several attempts to reach the title company. In fact I discovered it was the other way around. Follow up to the reply: So I am to understand that you were being paid to do what exactly? I suppose people hire attorneys to just be there and do nothing. I hired you to facilitate what the next steps are not to do the work for you. There were zero assumptions made on my part, I know the value of land, concrete, brick, fence etc. I have been the GC on all my personal and commercial Real Estate projects. Bottom line is that you are not a good attorney and just want the money and produce no results. It's ok I never rehired an attorney and have been doing just fine on the settlement without one. Anyone can be an attorney, but not everyone likes being an attorney.

I didn't have the best experience with the Randolph group. I originally called to ask for help in starting a business and figure out what next steps would be needed. The original conversation went quite well and the attorney was polite and kind. I was told I would be charged for 30 minutes from the normal hourly rate ($175). After our conversation I had not received an invoice or anything from the firm. I waited then moved on with life, expecting something in the mail or an email or something. But I didn't received anything. Months went by, sure I could have called but as stated earlier I was moving forward in life and had completely forgotten. Then today happened, randomly out of the blue I get an email. The email was titled "outstanding invoice". Naturally I clicked on it, and to my surprise I get a scathing email from the owner himself demanding payment in 3 days or else he will personally sue me for the outstanding balance that I was never actually billed for until today. He had told me that if the invoice was not paid by the 28th then he would take me to court for the entire hour (which we did not use), additional attorneys fee's (more money for him), and court costs (civil court, not that expensive). He had told me his automated system sent out 2 emails prior trying to collect payment but they never once showed up in my inbox, spam or junk folders. All in all I ended up paying when the invoice was finally submitted to me, but the way he had gone about everything was totally unprofessional. I have zero issues paying my dues and for him to threaten to sue me upon first invoice... I am just almost speechless. To be honest the services offered really didn't help me in any way, we mostly just talked about what I hope to accomplish followed by him trying to upsell his services to me. I wasn't really looking to be sold anything, I just needed to know my legal liability for what I was starting and I still left with out knowing the answer to that (Google helped more). He really should have called and asked if I had gotten the invoice. I do not recommend doing business here.

Johnathan is not only a top notch professional with a wealth of knowledge, but also an all around great guy. He effortlessly set up my two new businesses with an eye for detail; carefully listening to all the particularities while offering splendid suggestions. I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial business relationship with him. Who thought you could get all this in an attorney!
