I am now a loyal client due to the professionalism and courtesy I received at McFerrin & Zayed PLLC. I have used the same place for two of my speeding tickets. Both times they were able to get the tickets of my record, and worked quickly to save me money and time. I was most impressed with Zayed he gave his cell number and text me with updates of my case as soon as he knew. I was able to reach him with any concerns and he returned my call immediately. I will definitely will be using them again and with my lead foot I know I will be using them again

Ash Zayed is one the best attorneys I’ve ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He took care of my case as quickly and efficiently as he could, and was very affordable. Hopefully I won’t need anymore legal services but if I do this is the “Go-To” law firm. I Highly recommend!

Colin McFerrin is top notch. He has been a lifesaver. He is compassionate and always goes the extra mile! He helped my children and I address and find resolutions and create safety plans to protect our future. (My abusive ex-husband and his attorney created a 30 mile land lock requiring written permission to move outside of the boundaries they established - Colin helped to create a dissolve of the land lock if he no longer lived in that boundary and I was able to retain the exclusive right to primary residence of our children.) I was able to relocate after my ex-husband relocated and am now no longer in the state of Texas. My ex-husband has waged a new custody battle (the cycle of power and control never ends) and Colin is still helping me through the process & working with my attorney here to ensure my kids and I are safe and can resolve this new fight and win. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Mr. McFerrin . A genuine and honest attorney who gets straight to the point and does not just tell you what you want to hear. We have officially completed my child custody case and I could not have asked for better results. If you are searching for an attorney stop googling and call their office. Mr. Zayed provided the easiest and most stress free service I could ask for. He was able to get my case dismissed in a matter of days. While I have never had the opportunity to work with his partner, Mr. McFerrin, I know he is heavily involved with and an advocate for the Hays county communities. I will trust either of them with any future legal matters.
