From the moment I contacted Mr. Harrell, he listened, gave sound advice, and was always upfront and honest.  Mr. Harrell handled my case with care, class, and integrity.  He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, instead, he told me about all of the possibilities(both good and bad) which helped me to be better prepared for whatever the outcome was.  Mr. Harrell went above and beyond to research deeper and when it came to court, he was outstanding!  In the end, Mr. Harrell's determination, genuine care for his clients, and wealth of knowledge of the law and the judicial system was instrumental in our outcome.  If you want an attorney who truly has your best interests in mind and will work hard and fight hard for you, Mr. Harrell is your attorney.

Paul is an incredible attorney. He took my first-time DWI case and worked diligently to get me the best possible outcome. And he did. Never been in trouble with the law before...I was scared to death! And I'm a older guy too. I could not be more proud of Paul's professionalism and his service to our country. I am relieved to receive this official notice and put closure to this chapter of my life.  I can now confidently move on from this matter.  It has been a long and challenging year since the related incident occurred. My family and I could not have asked for more, or a better outcome in this matter.  This was our families first time dealing with the legal system and we did not know what to do or where to turn. Our fears were put to rest when we found Mr. Harrell.  He explained everything that was going to happen and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. He took the time to explain our options so we could weigh the pros and cons of each and come to a conclusion together.  He was always available for questions and answered all inquiries.  He goes the distance for his client and explains everything in detail no matter how big or small.  I would highly recommend Mr. Harrell. He was a true professional at all times and knows his way around the court system. He went above and beyond what we expected and was fair with his billing as well.

Paul was straightforward with what we could expect with our case. I really appreciated that he consulted with me before I hired him, as the other lawyer I considered would not. He agreed to a reasonable payment arrangement, which helped a lot. Our case was cleared up within a month in a half with much better results than we expected. His partner, Zac Morris, is the one who actually came to court with us and he was very personable and down to earth...it made it an honestly enjoyable experience. If I ever need a lawyer again (and I hope not to!), I would definitely use them again.

My divorce was a little strenuous to say the least, Mr. Harrell hung in there with me for OVER a year... it was supposed to be simple, ended up almost being a criminal case... I HIGHLY recommend him, he absolutely knows what hes doing!! I have sole custody of my children and from what i understand, that is NOT an easy thing to do in Texas...

I expected to go spend a few days in jail but thank God I did not have to with the help of Paul, he did a great job

Mr. Harrell is an outstanding attorney. He's really there for you and not just the money. He actually calls you back when you leave messages even if he's your court appointed attorney. If he says he will do something then he will. He promised to have my case reviewed in six months to possibly be released from prison early and that costs money and I didn't have but since he was my attorney he told me he will do the paperwork for me and get my case brought up and he did it. His secretary's that take your calls and messages are very nice and will also go out of there way to help you out mr Harrell is good honest lawyer who id recommend to anyone

Not only did Paul handle my case but his staff made the process stress-free. When I called with my many questions they never seemed bothered to answer them. I would highly recommend Paul and his staff for any legal needs!

He helped with a cps and divorce issue I had. Was very helpful and seemed to care more about me his client then getting a check. His office was always available to answer the many questions I had and I never went more then 24 hours when waiting to get a response from paul. I will not use any other attorney.
