“Called to get information girl left me on hold for like 8-10 min never got back on line nor called back, I'm surprised I've heard a lot of good things about this place but well not me til this day never got a call back at least to explain if they could or could not help me.”

Slower than expected turnaround time for payments
“Everything went well, nice receptionists. Though when it comes time to pay you, at least with my experience, it's taking longer than they told me. I signed a check at their office last Tuesday and I was told my check would be ready by that Thursday or Friday. It's a little over a week and now they're saying by this Friday. I am not sure what they're waiting for, but here's hoping I get it soon.”
