I have an ongoing custody case in which Mr. Chu has been representing me for the past 10 months. Its the first time I've needed an attorney's representation and I feel very luck to have found them. They have been reliable and just a phone call away. Knowing how difficult my case has been Mr. Chu and his very professional staff have been able to keep me calm and at ease every step of the way. They have all made sure that I am well informed and that I understand even the minor details of the case. They have also made sure that I am informed of any future steps that could be taken.

This office is the least professional place to ever get anything done, sent a case here took 2 weeks to get a simple answer. then they scheduled me to speak w the attorney, he was supposed to call at a time he was free. They blew up my phone when they dialed me 14 times back to back, I left my meeting to call them back and they immediately said he was no longer available. After that they spent weeks without sending a contract for their services, I would only get the office manager answer and give a new excuse everyday. Had to find another lawyer and all other attorneys mentioned Mr Chu has had this reputation in the past. Disappointed for what's supposed to be an expensive and knowledgeable professional.

Contacting Eric Ramos Law was easily the best decision I could have made after my car accident. If you have watched TV or driven anywhere in Laredo, you know there are a million attorneys trying to get your business. I decided to do my own research and I found Mr. Ramos' website online. The website was very informative and he had great reviews. I contacted the office directly and I was able to speak with Mr. Ramos right away. He was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I'm still going through the process, but I am happy with everything so far. If you're hesitating, don't. I highly recommend this lawyer.
