Very disappointing customer service. My mom has been waiting for my grandpa's will to be finalized since May 2022, apparently the usual timeline is 3-4 months. I'm writing this in January 2023 because the lady had lost a critical document after insisting that my mom send in the original paper file, so there's not even a copy available for use. This mess-up has severely delayed the process. Last week, the lady told her it'll be another "couple months" before the money comes in. My mom needs this money to help pay for my wedding that's happening in June, and anyone who has ever planned a wedding before knows that these expenses incur WAY ahead of time. My own needs aside - the process should not have taken this long in the first place.

I really recommend this law firm. Mr. Dickerson is an excellent attorney. I have met with him two times and he has always shown to be someone who is very respectful, very nice, knowledge able and a great listener. He makes you feel welcomed. The staff is also great!
