Mr. Smith represented me in Galveston County on Felony retaliation and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. Upon our first dialogue, he gave me an account of exactly what he intended to do and he executed his plans accordingly. He is an adamant, yet nonjudgmental listener. He was very clear in answering all of my questions and he demonstrated a wealth of knowledge in all of his explanations. He was always on time, well prepared and exceptional at returning phone calls. In the end, he had the criminal mischief dismissed and the retaliation reduced to resisting arrest. In my opinion, Mr. Smith is an exceptional attorney for hire and I would recommend him to anyone with legal problems. Lastly, I would like to offer anyone who chooses him to represent them a little word of advise; "take heed of his recommendations and let him do his job".

I was a bit worried at the beginning with the plea deal prosecutors offered, but Dan reassured me it wouldn’t be anything close to the plea deal, and sure enough..case dismissed! Many other attorneys would have given up and tried to to go with a plea deal, but thanks to Dan and his associates for pushing on and not giving up, I went from being offered over 4 years jail time, to ending up with the case being dismissed. Can’t get any better than that.
