Ian helped me obtain reimbursement from my ex-wife for over-payments for medical insurance that I was forced to make after she willfully failed to maintain medical insurance for our children under our divorce decree. He handled the case very professionally. He consistently kept me informed about my case and was always available to speak with me. I am lucky I had him as my lawyer, as he made an otherwise stressful, overwhelming, and complicated situation bearable. I could not have done it without him. I highly recommend him.

Recently I was in a custody/child support case involving my daughter. Durning this time I was extremely nervous and scared. When I hired Ian as my lawyer he turned all that nervous energy into relief. He was very professional and made sure that all my questions were answered. I always knew what was going on because he remains in constant contact with me through out the whole process. Getting in contact with him was a breeze and would always return your phone call promptly if he was unable to talk at that time. I am so glad that he was my lawyer during this difficult time. Even after the case was over he made sure that the General Attorney’s office received the proper information so that they would release the built up child support that was being held by them. This part of the process took a couple of faxes and calls from him. So he is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need. With Ian’s help we were able to get the case dropped by the judge and everything is back to normal.

I hired Ian to represent me in an assault case. this charge was trumped up by a disgruntled employee that I had to terminate. He took care of everything in a very timely manner and the case was dropped. Very professional, and communicates often, I never had to wonder what was going on.
