Tad Nelson & Associates is hands down the best representation I could have asked for when I needed it most. Mr. Nelson was straight forward and confident when I approached his office with my original case. Normal deposit and payment plan to take my case was money Well Spent. Along the way through a slower than normal court system I was arrested on false charges a second time, This firmed picked up both my cases and began a thorough representation that resulted in better than expected outcome. If you ever find yourself unfortunately far enough to see this firm working in the court room, you will understand how fortunate you are to have chosen the correct firm to represent you! Tad is a family man I could relate to and his office is very organized from beginning to end. Note to being patient; Once hired if they don't respond immediately to every question it's because they are busy behind the scenes working diligently on your case and/or wait to give only factual answers. Thank you Tad Nelson for standing up for me and what is right, Tad Nelson is obviously well known and respected through out the court system as he spoke with authority and precisely to the assistant DA resulting in the dismissal of my case before the case went to trial. so i have been dealing with a heavy case. it was absolute B.S. but heavy. after a year with terrible hired lawyer whose name i will not mention..... my case was set for trial when i hired Tad. 2 court dates later the case was dismissed.... he did EXACTLY what he said he would and quicker than expected. would recommend to anyone. thanks Tad!

Tad Is the only lawyer that I have had.What I can say about Tad Nelson Is he is very straightforward, he is going to tell you possibly what could happen and what he hopes that he can do for you. And when I say. I mean straightforward the man is as straightforward as they come , Very professional, very persistent, and like I said he will shoot you straight and he will tell you what’s most likely going to happen! What I mean by that is if you do what he says, meaning you do what your court ordered and you take care Of your end of the deal, he is going to take care of his. If you’re the type of person that can’t go through with what the court has ordered you to do then I would say to save Tads time And yours .If you were going to be openly honest with your lawyer and the court system Tad Nelson is going to fight for you as the day is long. If you lie to him he can tell, if you’re honest with him you will probably get the outcome that you deserve not saying it’s going to be the best in everybody’s case or the one you want But you are going to get your moneys worth and an honest warrior/ lawyer !Tad Not only took care of my case, he basically save my life and got me my life back, got me my family back .If you wanna great lawyer I would pick Tad Nelson and his team ! If you want instant gratification I will save you the time by telling you you did the crime you can either pay the time or you could let him do his job and I can honestly say the outcome will come out better. Tad I want to thank you , and your staff for doing everything in your power to help me out through this ordeal . He not only kept me out of the legal system like I said, he save my life introduce me to a better life, and if I would’ve listen to him the first time he spoke I would not have caused myself even more and more Issues. I am extremely grateful for Tad and Amber. Even in the midst of covid and the courts being closed, they never stopped working on my case. A friend of mine suggested calling Tad's office after a horrible experience I was having with a different attorney. Hiring him was the best decision I made. Now I can move on with my life!! If you are in need of the best representation, call his office. I'm glad that I did!

I just LOVE Shelly, Amber & Tad! They have been really great to me and helped educate me when I was less than knowledgeable when it comes to my divorce. Shelly is always so patient with me when I call 1000x to ask questions and Amber was great during my mediations!
