My sisters and I had just lost our Mother from a very brief fight with Cancer. We were emotional wrecks, we were sad, and distressed, and did not know who to turn to, but, we had a will that my Mother wanted us to use. She was divorcing my Father and wanted to make sure that we were going to get some inheritance. Enter the contest of the wills. Much needed to be done for our Mother's will to get acknowledged as a valid will, but we put our trust in the Neal Ashmore law firm and we were not disappointed....ever, and it was a very complex case. We did not have to call, email, or keep track of every single little thing because, this is the professionalism that the Neal Ashmore Family Law Group gives to their clients. They do it for you. We did not have to worry, because they took that burden on themselves, and just gave us the information that we needed to make difficult decisions. Having had to deal with several lawyers in the past, I can tell you from personal experience that the Neal Ashmore Law Group is the group that you want. If you want your case handled promptly, professionally and in a timely manner from case beginning to end, these guys don't drag things out, and they most certainly do not play around. Terrible. TERRIBLE. John Denke is absolute WORST lawyer ive ever used. He had a simple, cut and dry case. A for sure winner. Even had court documents and court orders to prove this case and win it for him. The guy CHOKED. It was so bad, we, as the prosecutors, didnt even go first at the hearing. He let the defense set the tone. Then did not hold the judge to what he said a few weeks earlier in court before it was rescheduled. I paid this guy THOUSANDS of dollars, only to LOSE a SURE win that cost me $17,000. Thats $22,000 ive list due to this "lawyer" that any run of the mill,average, rookie lawyer could have handled and won. My ex didnt even use a lawyer,she represented herself, and still this guy looked like a clown, and believe me im being nice here. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS GUY TO MY WORST ENEMY. NEVER. NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.I cant be anymore clear. Do Not Use.

Had to take care of some loose ends on my QDRO from my divorce, and my prior lawyer "dropped the ball." I was referred to these guys, and they took care of EVERYTHING! My divorce was dragging on and on by Ex attorney and my previous attorney. If you are working professional and responsible person there is no easy way out in a divorce case. Neal and his team help expedite the process and get you over the painful process as quickly as possible. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for. Cheaper attorney means they lack experience in family practice. I fired my previous attorney and seek Neal teams by a friend of mine. I recommend Neal and his team because they coach you the process of dealing with the Ex and how to go about in dealing with child visitation if you have children. Here is my advice, if you are thinking about the divorce then it is going to happen sooner or later in the future. Like my friend said a zebra never looses its stripe. The happiest day of a man life is the day he got married and the day the divorced is finalized. It was a big stake out of my chest, thus having the proper guidance from a great legal team helps to identify your boundary.
