Best lawyer in Polk county. Help me out a lot and I’m thankful highly recommended

Tough, smart Lawyer.

Mrs. Shadwick was rude on the phone. She interrupted me a few times and I did not say anything about it, when I made a comment about my case not being emergent, she cut me off and said, "I'm not finished talking, you got me on the phone". As if a lawyers time is more valuable than any other person's time, I don't think so. I would seek legal advice elsewhere no matter how good of an attorney she is, Kindness is more important to me.

My first review wasn't a very nice one to start off. Things began to change and our hope was back in tact. This was a custody hearing between my son and his ex. Didn't seem the first around was going in our favor but that wasn't Lana's fault. The judge was tired and the ex looked like a cute little lost puppy. Well, lost puppy and her husband did not do what was court ordered coming up with reasons why, .... All except for the true reason. Lana quickly and aggressively chipped away at these lies revealing the complete truth of matters. Lana was a real "Hell Cat" at uncovering and exposing these persons schemes. Lana did an amazing job in that courtroom standing up the challenge and the complete foundation of the cause and reason my son should have custody. She certainly won this case for my son and for his children. Hire her as your lawyer, work with her law firm to build that case. I retained Ms. Shadwick to represent my husband who had run into some legal trouble. The response was surprisingly fast when I messaged on the website and my husband was seen the same day he reached the county jail. She is prompt, professional and will fight for you or your loved one unlike anyone else. Don't let your future be left up to just anyone. We were both extremely pleased with the outcome of the entire case and the communication throughout the entire process was unmatched. Amazing, kind, understanding and extremely effective representation! Here's to hoping we don't need a lawyer again but, life happens, and if we ever do we will retain this attorney again- hands down! I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

My son hired this woman to represent him in emergency custody in December 2023. She never was available, not even through her portal. Here it is almost April and nothing. Her paralegal told my son the judge was out sick so, he called the court. He then informed this person that court was in session . People...don't waste your time on any lawyer that won't meet in person but requires you to use a portal. This woman told my son, " you don't want me on your bad side". I completely understand why she won't meet in person. She will take your money and you'll be left to deal with it. I won't stop until something is done about her lack of character. Maybe nobody else will have to go through this. It is malpractice at it's finest
