Hi, I had already made a few calls on an old case I had in Lockheart/Caldwell Co (I was a bit of a wild child some years back). I found this listing for Richard and Leslie Banks and went on the website and filled out a request to speak with an attorney. I received a call from Mr. Banks that very day and we spoke about my concern and of the older case. He took down my number and told me without hesitation he would call me back and within a half hour I was notified I no longer need to be concerned, my case had been dropped. This was such a blessing and relief, This Attorney went out of his way and anyone that would do that for a stranger would do that for anyone. I highly recommend Richards an Leslie Bank Law Firm to anyone. They will go out of their way to help settle your case and get the best results possible.

It was made very clear to me that they only do criminal defense. So if you have not been charged with a crime, and don't expect to be, then you need to look for assistance elsewhere.

Mr and mrs Banks are the kindest lawyers I have ever met. They always listen and are very honest about everything going on. Don’t let there kindness fool you they are still fighters. They fought for me and never stoped. If you were putting your future in any ones hands I would bet on Banks.

Great criminal defense lawyers.

From my first photo call with this attorney he was rude and extremely condescending. He asked me who else I was talking to about representing me and then told me "call me after you're done talking to those other lawyers, I don't audition. I told him on his website he says each person gets a free evaluation, to which he replied "I lied". I decided to hire him after his rude and condescending attitude because I felt he could do a good job irrespective of his personality quirks. When I called to tell him I'd like to hire him I told him one of the pro-cannabis lobbying groups would be willing to talk to the press and make this a high profile case if he thought it would help. He then replied with "I'm not taking your case, you're too weird and you're going to be too much trouble." I'm planning on filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association and anyone else he's affiliated with. His arrogance was extremely off putting and out right insulting.

The Banks are great! They helped my son beat a serious case... They were there every step of the way even that we live here in San Antonio, they kept me update with everything we needed to know, I recommend the Banks to anyone, they are very honest and good people...my son in I were very grateful for them, also they were highly recommended #1 attorneys in Lockhart, TX!
