Kate Bennett’s is an amazing attorney. She made an impossible posible. My granddaughter was in USA CPC custody. I’m all the way in RUSSIA 🇷🇺 across the world. I was given a run around by CPC. Got advice for several different attorneys who just named numbers and had no idea about how or what or when or where. Kate took her time to learn about international transfer of custody and made an impossible results possible. She will forever remain in my praise. I wish there’s more attorneys like her. Office has THE worst communication. Have an easy case as I have done ALL the negotiating myself, just need them to draw and file papers. Here I am waiting 7mos after initial filing. Discussed final terms early June, received final draft early Aug which was incorrect and still waiting. And they want to charge me for inquiring on when it will be done! The paralegal is no help and near unfriendly. So much time and money being wasted, would not recommend.
