Horrible inexcusable

No help.

So I have had to deal with a case now since 2021 and I cannot afford a lawyer this is the only place to get a lawyer in Gregg county for free and yet had been denied again I guess it would have been against codes but they didn't specify anything on what they were going against. So now a good person is going to have to make an example of a bad person because the state of Texas refuses to help a good person and has zero idea how to run a state the judicial system here is joke

I needed an attorney to handle a problem so I called Legal aid. The attorney a signed to me had been absolutely amazing. I won my case in court with the amazing help from legal aid staff members!!!!! If you don't have much income then legal aid is the best place for you to get quality services.

I have tried to get help with the custody of my kids this service will not help me they turn down my application every time for years now this is a terrible program I miss my kids for years now because they won't help me they denied every application

WHAT A JOKE!!!! Low income and NEED legal help but get refused. And the paralegals have very rude attitudes.

What a joke.was turned down even though I'm a veteran without a job.

Friendly staff

Garbage service. Low income families that NEED help are turned down. Basically just taking state funding and helping as few people as they can get away with.
