“Low income and NEED legal help but get refused. And the paralegals have very rude attitudes.”

“So I have had to deal with a case now since 2021 and I cannot afford a lawyer this is the only place to get a lawyer in Gregg county for free and yet had been denied again I guess it would have been against codes but they didn't specify anything on what they were going against.”

“I have tried to get help with the custody of my kids this service will not help me they turn down my application every time for years now this is a terrible program I miss my kids for years now because they won't help me they denied every application”
