In what had been a very contentious proceeding up to the final settlement Frank put both parties in separate rooms and over the next 2 to 3 hours worked between the 2 rooms until he had an agreement that suited both parties. He made both parties give and take till it was over and we both thought it was fair and all were happy. A feat I had previously thought was impossible.
