Do not use these scam artist worst personal injury lawyers ever

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better legal team. So patient, so thorough, and so empathetic. It's super evident these people care about your case as well as you as a person, and that's something I didn't expect from a law firm. Made process much easier.

I hired the Erskine & McMahon Law Firm to represent me after receiving personal injuries from being rear ended in an automobile accident while stopped at a red light. My case was assigned to Attorney Chad Newman within the firm and from the first day I met Mr. Newman I was very comfortable that he was in charge of my case. He was very detailed and extremely polite and seemed to have a great passion for what he does. He is NOT afraid to confront the big insurance companies and he kept me informed throughout the process. He was able to settle my case in a timely manner and made sure that I was compensated for my personal injuries in an amount that far exceeded my expectations.
