Almost two years ago I was laying on my couch i a world of pain from my head down to my feet after I had recently been in a car accident from a young lady who ran a red light. The reason I’m laying on my couch instead of the hospital was because I could not afford a ride in the ambulance or an expensive hospital bill. My phone rings and it was someone who claims to be dps traffic investigation department. They had all the info about my wreck and said it was essential that I had representation because it seemed as though the accident was not my fault so they patched me through with this law firm. I spoke to a lawyer by the name of Austin carrizales from Lubbock. We went over everything. I told him about the witness that I had, and that I had given it to the detective. He encouraged me that if I was still in pain to go to the doctor and he also set it up for me to go to physical therapy 3x a week. I know they things usually take time so I waited. In 15 months I made several attempts to contact this lawyer before I was finally told he no longer worked there and my case was sent to the Dallas office. Eventually I made contact with them there and was told that it was looking good. That they had everything ready to send in a demand. They told me not to worry about anything because we still had until December of this year to file a lawsuit. So the last 6 months I’ve only been able to make contact with the Dallas office twice. The second time was not long ago and came with information to turn my life around. I was told that it was all he said she said stuff and it was pretty much a waste of time. They then sent the discovery to me that didn’t reflect a very thorough investigation on their part. There was no witness statements, etc. just an envelope of hospital bills and therapy bills something I’ll probably spend the rest of my life trying to pay off. Now here we are less than 30 days to file a lawsuit. Not even enough time. This law firm did nothing but add insult to my injury, waste my time, and burry me deeper into dept. The whole process from start to finish was seemless. The staff kept me updated every step of the way, but Josh really fought for every dollar we received. I actually ended up getting much more than anticipated thanks to their preserverence.

My case was difficult, I knew that going into hiring a lawyer. I worked with Austin, Josh, and Jessica. They answered my questions professionally and told me the hard to hear truths about my case. We spoke about expectations and they knocked it out of the park! After exceeding my expectations, they went back and reduced my medical bills BIG TIME. This put even more in my pocket. I worked closely with Leslie, Austin, and Josh from the Lubbock office. Austin was sweet and very tentative to my needs when I spoke with him and promised to do the the very best for me and did not disappoint, I am very thankful for that! Leslie with medical records worked fast and officially, and always kept a steady line of communication open with me! She was always sweet and super understanding when I needed explanations on anything. Josh worked the most with me even though I can be a bit hard headed and complexed, he did the best he could to meet everyone of my demands. He worked closely with the medical providers and insurance companies to get me the best settlement possible! I will always be extremely grateful to Josh! Don’t recommend ! The first case they did for me took years to settle with little communication! The next case they reached out to me to help me and they started the case but they only worked on for a few weeks then when I called they never answered. When they did answer I found out they weren’t taking my case they said due to “lack of treatment “ when the new chiropractor never called ! I asked why didn’t you tell us you weren’t representing us and they said “idk I can have you talk to someone else to explain “ I will never go back here and I don’t recommend you going here very unorganized and unprofessional just a waste of time
