I wouldn’t go to her. She hates men deeply and her judgement is clouded with her own hate for men and she takes it out on your soon-to-be ex husband. This means she doesn’t put your interests before her own. This will cost you and your children. Money out of your hands is money out of their mouths. I paid for a Post Nuptial and she never provided it to me or return my calls because I stayed with my husband when he went on hospice. Without the Post Nuptial, I lost everything. She also said Russell Dave’s played “fast and loose” and couldn’t be trusted. It turns out that Russell Dave’s was the best attorney we ever hired. He represented us in many matters and even gave us his personal cell phone and stayed in contact with us when he was on a cruise to Alaska. He saved us a house and an unlawful Lis Pendence (sp?) placed in one of our houses by a shady Lubbock law firm. We even kept Mr Daves when we moved to San Antonio. Too bad he is retired. He practiced law, not politics. Dannie Botros is good and tough, but truly doesn’t put clients first, in my strong opinion. Evidently her ex husband did her wrong. You’ll pay to hear that bitter story, too.

She is not reliable in any sense

Dannie is one of the best attorneys in Lubbock Texas she help me when others attorneys thought it was impossible. I got my daughter back. Her assistant was available to me, really appreciate her. heYea

I met Dannie in her office back in 2018 when I was going through a rough time. My Ex husband left me high and dry and disappeared on me. I had no money or any idea what to do. Every lawyer I spoke with turned me down till I met Dannie, she Gabe me all the tile I needed and was direct and understanding. I could pay her partial at first and she agreed on charging me the rest when I got paid through court. She fought hard for my rights even when I had to leave Texas and go back to California. She was sharp and knowledgeable. She also caught so many mistakes and opportunities when she saw one, that I felt bad for my Ex’s attorney. I highly recommend having her in your corner.

Dannie is the best lawyer in Lubbock. She helped me get custody of my daughter. Her fees are reasonable and she will fight hard for you. Give her a call!

Dannie and her assistant Francy are an amazing team. They help me with my divorce that relieved me from so much stress and worry.
