Rude and unprofessional receptionist staff
“the receptionist there with the name of ROSA was very rude and unprofessional like im new to the situation and I was trying to get guided on what I needed to do next not everyone knows how the legal ofc works its your job to be understanding and show some kind of sympathy and actually listen and guide me in the correct direction not talk over me and tell me to call another ofc”

Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“I tried calling them back after a call then I didn't get a response for about a week just to tell me they couldn't help me. 😢" and "Not very timely. I was told I would recieve a confirmation or a demial in 10 days. It has now been 14 days”
