Cons
1
The receptionist and front desk staff can be rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful in guiding clients, especially those new to the legal system
“the receptionist there with the name of ROSA was very rude and unprofessional like im new to the situation and I was trying to get guided on what I needed to do next not everyone knows how the legal ofc works its your job to be understanding and show some kind of sympathy and actually listen and guide me in the correct direction not talk over me and tell me to call another ofc”
2
There is a high turnover rate among the staff, which can slow down the process and make it less efficient
“The turn over rate is really high which males the process really slow. Other than that they do really well. All employees give 100% despite their changing staff often.”
3
The organization may not be able to assist with certain types of legal issues, even if the client has previously been told they could help
“I was told I would recieve a confirmation or a demial in 10 days. It has now been 14 days" and "Obviously, I was taken back. I asked if she could provide me details. She repeated the same phrase. I said I was told previously that y'all help primarily with SSI disability benefits and I don't understand what possible conflict there could be.”
