What could have been a life-altering conviction was reduced to pre-trial diversion, with only a 6-month interlock and 1-year probation—something I never thought possible. Michael King is one of the most caring and understanding human beings I have ever met. He was always in my corner and worked long and hard to clear up charges that nearly destroyed my life. He worked fast when I needed him and was reassuring and communicated clearly when things were moving slow. He never shied away from telling hard truths but was always compassionate and considerate. He genuinely empathized with me and my support system. He often worked around my work schedule for our phone meetings and updates. Im so eternally grateful to have found Michael. His office manager, Hope was a beacon of light in our lives when everything else seemed bleak. She was consistent and timely with her responses, and she was always incredibly courteous and understanding. His associate, Kayla was also incredible. She brought an air of professional levity to a pretty bleak situation, and helped represent us once for a small hearing when Michael was on vacation. When it seemed like we’d been forgotten about on the docket, she stood up for us so we could be seen that day, rather than having to come back later. When I first reached out to Michael, I was scared and desperate. Two other attorneys had dismissed me and didn't want to touch our case. Michael took the time to really listen to our needs and after eight long months, the case resolved in a dismissal. He got my DUI case dismissed even after I got myself kicked off of pre-trial diversion. I still don’t know how he managed to do it but I’m so thankful for his help. I was going thru a very dark time in my life, but he really seemed to want the best for me and would check in just to ask about my mental health and sobriety every now and then. He gave me a couple of harsh lectures when I kept making things worse for myself and my case (and probably making his job much more difficult in the process) but it was all things that I definitely needed to hear and he never gave up on me. I highly recommend King Law and I’m so thankful I can finally start living my life again thanks to Michael King’s help.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael King he kept my expectations real and grounded, he never promised anything he couldn’t do but he never really gave up. He was patient with me even when it came to my payment plan, he worked with me knowing that I was having a hard time keeping up with the bill payments. He was available to talk even if it was more personal and not related to my case. He wanted to make sure that I was ok as a person rather than as a client. Even when I wasn’t dealing with Michael himself his staff was also very helpful and kept me in the loop just as much as he did. Overall I had greet experience with Micheal King, though I wish to never have to use him again he’ll be at the very top of my list in the event that I do need another lawyer.

Mr. King was both courteous and professional. He was hired on behalf of a family member who had been charged with a Federal Offence. Resulting in a dismissal. He was also hired on behalf of a family member who was charged with murder. Resulting in being found innocent by a jury of his peers. Mr. King worked diligently in both cases and kept in communication. I would highly recommend him for any criminal case. He is definitely The GOAT of lawyers for me.
