Ben Garcia is one of the absolute best Public Defender Attorney's that I have yet to meet! His dedication and compassion, not to mention his intelligence, makes him the top of the list, in my humble opinion! Awesome! He is knowledgeable, kind and courteous. My husband was facing 2-20 years and a fine for a felony charge, Ben got it reduced to 1 year of house arrest with NO FINE!! He's a great judge of character and gives Honor to the ONE in whom Honor is due....our Father in Heaven, the One True God. God bless him and his family and his firm🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

I had all but given up on finding an attorney for my situation but Ben didn’t back down from the challenge! He showed a genuine interest in my personal well being and immediately went to work to get the injustice that I was handed reversed. Ben is a great lawyer, his knowledge of the law is unparalleled in this region and he has been in the top 3 contender spots for a judgeship position for the Lubbock county. He is able to clarify, simplify and streamline the law in lament’s terms to his clients so they don’t get confused. He also is able to strategize and put a plan together to achieve clear results and specifically wins (!) in front of either Judges or for a Jury trial. He can literarily go up against lawyers and with no help from law books be able to eviscerate / demolish all legal arguments of the opposing party(!). Attorney Ben Garcia is the best criminal defense attorney in Lubbock, TX. He was everything I was looking for and more. He is very knowledgeable of the law and provides legal information to help you understand the law as it relates to your case. He does his research and gathers all relevant information to prepare for trial. My son was facing up to 10 years in prison because of a trumped up felony charge made up by the DA. He pointed out the facts, lack of evidence and procedural errors in the case which resulted in a misdemeanor charge with no prison time. I’m incredibly grateful for his legal knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia for your legal needs. You will not be disappointed.
