The worst

Ms. Boatwright represented me in a case with Texas Parks and Wildlife starting in summer of 2020. She worked tirelessly and got me the best outcome possible. Between Covid and the court systems changing the way they handle cases everything took a while to resolve. But thanks to the steadfast work of Ms. Boatwright and her firm my charges were dismissed. Do not hesitate to use Nicky Boatwright for your legal representation, she is extremely professional and explores every option available.

i called 10 times in a row, and over the past week more times then i can count. yet they never answered or ever got back to me.

Cynthia Mendoza is not a attorney for criminal defense. Ms. Mendoza is all go-getter but in the end she is all talk. I have filed a grievance with the state bar of Texas and with the District Attorney of Lubbock. She doesn’t want to give us the discovery file and was paid $5000.. Do not recommend her for attorney. She was on the case for 5 months and recluse herself from the case on 6 months. She is not a person of her word. She wanted 15,000 dollars. Be very careful and she has 3 star review, I wouldn’t even give her one star.

Mendoza did not fight for you at all I paid 10,000 dollars and waited 3 years to still get 10 years probation , she only gave me what the court would have gave me ,, stay away ,, 1st offense and got 10 years no probation so sign and 6 hours later she said I was eligible for probation , I got 2 pleas and they were off the table in 2 hours , she said that they had no evidence and 3 days before trail , it shows up ,, she cancelled my pretrail cause she was on another case , then the next time I heard from her we had trail ,, now I’m stuck with 10 years probation if I would have gotten a fighter and someone that was ready for trial this should have been dismissed ,, I am reporting her to the bar ,, she just took the money and did nothing !!!!! Now I have all this extra money I have to pay SMH!!
