Tina did an excellent job of taking care of my legal needs. I required some legal assistance in a fairly short time frame and she and her office staff did an outstanding job working me in and accommodating my timeframe. You couldn’t find a more professional pleasant office to take care of your legal needs!

If you are reading the reviews, more than likely you are wanting to know how good they are. Christina was court appointed to represent me in my cps case so I did the same and looked at these same reviews and did my own research. My experience with Christina at first, I felt like I was just another case and she didn't have time to hear me. Of course my world was turning upside down as I was all over the place, and told her all the details even the ones that didn't seem to matter to anyone but me. And it may seem like that but I realized that Christina is a Beast at what she does which makes her busy. If you feel like she doesn't hear you , she does but it might just be best to write her an email with all those points you want made and I promise she will read it and pick out the ones that really matter not to just your case but you as well. She is like that honest aunt you know you can count on lol. Ps. TO CHRISTINA , EVER SINCE I HAD TO MEMORIZE "INVICTUS" FOR 8TH GRADE ENGLISH, IT HAS BEEN MY #1 FAV. My name is Deric. I was personally not impressed by this firm. They say they will get back to you within 48 hours and that rarely happened. At one point I really needed to get in contact with Kaylee so I kept calling and calling and sending messages through the app for a few days with no response. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told she was on vacation. I just really wished someone would’ve let me know sooner. I know everyone deserves a vacation of course, but back when I was a manager at my job and had so many people that depended on me, I would always send out an email and change my voicemail so that it would say that I would be on vacation from this date to this date and to please contact a designated person while I’m gone. Also if you were to complain to them about anything, they would get angry or rude with you and talk down to you like you were an idiot and were always quick to let you know that you're always free to find another attorney after you’ve been paying them. I left a similar review previously on here while my case was still pending and Christina called me extremely upset and extremely rude and said she’s removing herself from my case and I need to find another attorney. Christina didn’t want my honest review of her law firm posted and pretty much forced me to delete the review. Instead of Christina calling me and asking what her firm could do better for me she called and threatened me instead. This is after I had already paid them a couple thousand dollars and she knew I couldn’t afford another attorney. So I agreed to take the review down. Christina and Kaylee are very condescending when they speak to you. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone for any reason.

The staff at the Duffy Law Firm are personable and down to Earth. The attorney's care about the clients' needs and will work to meet them. Christina is great in the courtroom and will passionately work in her clients' best interest. I would recommend them as well as use them in the future.

Kaylee long and this firm did absolutely nothing for my kids. My child kept calling her and calling her because my attorney stated she was going to be my children's attorney that my daughter could contact her anytime which my attorney never told me I had to go through her to speak to kaylee which was a lack of communication on my attorneys end in which was also a mistake to go with both attorneys didnt take my case serious. Although kaylee was negligent in her own firm, kaylee told my daughter that she would contact her, once she came back to Lubbock with her dad, my daughter called and called no response always got to marissa always was told ( shes not in the office, or shes in san antonio, ill take a msg) never a response. so I called and I called and was told marissa would take a msg when i finally decided this firm was a dead end and asked for a refund that i didnt want them anymore, I got hung up on by marissa since she has no idea what she is doing, she's rude, completely unprofessional due to the fact of being the daughter of the owner of this firm, and when I called back I asked for the manager she claimed to be the manager if you're the manager and you're unprofessional, rude, have no idea how to even do a reception job why do I speak to you, so I hung up on her and she then got a msg to Kaylee right away after so many times to reach out, finally so kaylee contacted my attorney stated i was being rude, from then on Kaylee stated I was alienating my kids from their dad which makes absolutely no sense because they were not with me I wasn't able to speak to my kids because their dad wouldn't let me through the custody battle. Also she stated my daughter was wanting to live with me just because I got a new nice house not because she didn't want to live with her dad not because she's feeling depressed living with him. Do not hire this firm or attorney it's a mess and if you don't handle being mistreated by them they will take it out on you in court and side with the other party.

The best firm in town!!

You will not find more caring attorneys when it comes to your children. When attorneys have to defend you, you yourself have to know the rules of the court and the laws of the State. That is your responsibility as a parent. When you need an attorney they are there to represent you. You owe it to your children to be honest with everyone. At Duffy Law Firm they listen to everything you have to say and go through everything you give them to review. They work hard for you and have always been kind, professional, caring, and most of all put my concerns for my children above anything.
