Mary Ellen Perez, the claims manager for my case, stayed in contact, and advised me for questions and information while it was all very unfamiliar territory to me. Both Mary Ellen and Noe helped make the process significantly easier. My family and I were in a rear-end car accident, that injured my mom's shoulder. I would definitely recommend Glasheen, Valles, and Inderman law firm. My family and I were in a car accident in March 2016, I had no idea on what to do or where to start. I just gave them a call and they came all the way from Lubbock, Texas all the way to Abilene, Texas to talk to me because I wasnt able to travel due to an injury I had from the car accident. They took care of everything for us. The only thing I had to do was to recover and take care of my family and they took care of the rest. They dont just see you as a client, they treat you like family and they work hard and do everything they can so you can get what you deserve, mainly if the accident wasn't your fault.
