I tried to get the debt taken care of I kept on getting the run around only for that law office to turn around and try to enforce payment when I reached out to them several times.

Difficult to get through on the phone!

Impossible to get through on the phones most often, but they respond to your message after a few hours. They will work with you if you genuinely need help to resolve an issue.

Awful. I keep calling to make a payment and no one ever answers!

I've tried 3 times to speak with an attorney about a debt and try and reach a resolution. They told me they could not help me unless I gave them my social security number, which I was not about to do. They said it was against company policy. I told them I was not employed by their company and not bound by their policies. I asked just how many times does someone call to pay someone else's debt? This so called debt is over 10 years old and owed by my ex, yet they hound me like a dog on a trail and then turn around and tell me they can't talk about it because I won't follow their policy!

Scam company harassing a family member saying she never paid an account when she did via debt consolidation. Don’t fall for it their harassment!
