I recently used tempie for child visitation. She was very caring about my case. At the same time she doesn't play around. I think she's the best attorney in Lubbock .I would never go with anyone else after using her once. Highly recommend you give her a call when in need of the best attorney around. Tempie is awesome. She has the biggest heart out of any attorney I have ever had. She was the strongest fighting attorney I have ever seen when it comes to trial. She doesn't play around when it's crunch time. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff. so if I ever needed a attorney for anything she's the first I would call. After reading the reviews I was sure I needed Tempie as my lawyer. I was not let down. After making the initial phone call with Tempie herself, I was in her office within the hour and she begin paperwork immediately! Within 3 weeks my case was complete. Tempie's office was upfront about the prices and costs so if things did not go my way there would be no surprises. I felt like the costs were reasonable and fair. Tempie was professional, empathetic and upfront, all things I appreciated. I will always recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer, she gets the job done!

Best attorney ....protected my assets

Well I must admit I was quite impressed with the ratings I saw and thought I would give a consultation a go. Originally, our conversation started out well. However, I will say that this attorney needs to work a bit more on her empathy. Most people needing a lawyer have a hard time expressing their needs and I frankly felt as if I was being cross examined. Not to forget her constant statement that we have no case without evidence. Despite me telling her over and over that I had physical evidence. What really made me draw the line was the fact that she got so excited when I mentioned my family concern was primarily located in Anton, TX. In which she has close personal ties and SPECIFICALLY stated that she knew the judge personally and that she needs more. All in all, I hung up because I felt that an attorney with close ties to that town, was not for me. Not to forget all the moments she shut me down as I was speaking.
