Tempie is a beast with her knowledge. I would definitely recommend her. We did not go with her because our case was based in another state but I went to her for help and she was truly amazing! She did what she could for us and helped us out. Her knowledge is extensive and I would reccomend her to anyone going through a custody case, or any other case. She is blunt and to the point but she won't steer you wrong.

During our initial phone consultation went to great lengths to me feel as horribly stupid as possible. I would liken those few minutes of conversation to a spell in hell.

Used Ms. Hutton based on reviews, so i felt the need to post. She did not listen to our wishes. Made my grandmother cry and never apologized or attempted to put her at ease (she was the client). During FREE consultation, started drawing up paper work that ended up costing us. Said paper work (to do what we wanted) was not correct according to court. She was eager to do extra things (for profit). At end of consultation we were asked to review on Bing Yelp and Google so that's where her positive reviews are from.

If I could rate my experience with Tempie Hutton with zero stars I would. On our initial visit which was suppose to be free she was overly aggressive in her tone and the manner she spoke to my 90 year old grandmother. She belittled a strong woman to the point of tears. She kept stating that "We were not listening to her and that we NEEDED her...." The only thing that seemed important to Tempie Hutton was Tempie Hutton making her point and us retaining her as our "LAWYER" to the tune of $5,000 but she offered herself 2 acres of my grandmother's land as payment. I'm pretty sure that's against the law. Upon our second visit to attain the paperwork that was needed to finish our business at the court house (Which was incorrect and incomplete according to Lubbock County Courthouse) she began to belittle my family yet AGAIN..... and attempted to block me in her office by getting up and standing in front of the door because she wanted to make her point YET AGAIN..... "That we needed her and that we didn't know what we were doing....." I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW FOR ANY REASON. She was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and a grievance with the Texas State Bar Association will be filled against her.

If you want the best and fast lawyer she’s the one!!! She will get it done
