What a blessing it was to have Tray stand beside me during the most difficult time of my life! I can't say enough positive things about Tray and his staff, the way he handled my case, the way I was treated, and the amazing outcome of my case/settlement. I was absolutely blown away at how quickly he and his staff would get back to me if had a question! Their communication was A+ and even though i knew they were busy, i was never made to feel that I wasn't important. I so appreciated Tray's aggressiveness, but also that he cared about what was best for me and my daughter and he was able to be compassionate when I needed it. He was highly professional and organized, and most importantly to me, he reminded me that keeping my intergity was of utmost importance!! I am forever grateful that God led me to Tray's office! If I was told I'd get a million dollars to use another lawyer... I'd turn it down and choose Tray Payne above all others every single time!!!

When I began my search for a lawyer i called many different places and they all just said the same thing and didn't always seem to give me the time of day and really didn't sit down with me and explain the entire situation. Many other places just tried to take care of it all on their end and leave me in the dark, which is not what myself or anyone wants. I never once felt as if he was just doing this for the money either, he was doing this for me. He took my case in and within the week he had the entire case resolved and rejected(evasion and criminal mischief). The man is very honorable, hardworking and very very good at what he does. As a college student her in Lubbock I can guarantee you that there is just about nobody that I would've rather had. If you need a lawyer I highly recommend Tray Payne.

When I found myself in a very unpleasant, dark situation, Tray was there to walk me through the process and see me out the other side of it. He was always matter of fact about details, even the ugly ones, without being harsh or blunt and I never felt rushed and always left his office with all my questions answered. Sometimes it is critical to have an expert on your side. I found that expert when I contacted the Law Offices of Tray Payne. I was calling from out of state; didn't know the rules; didn't have any family,friends, or contacts in Lubbock Texas. Well, nothing is more scarier then having to go to court about child custody. I was very scared since my son was not even born yet when I knew that I had a legal battle ahead of me. Being a male, I thought I was already fighting an uphill battle with how the legal system can seem to be more partial to woman. I called around and spoke in person and in the phone to many lawyers. I finally found Tray. He was different from the start. He made me feel assured that he was going to work hard for me without lying to me. Tray and his amazing assistant Stephanie were very astute and detailed oriented with taking notes on my phone calls, emails and face to face meetings. They kept me well informed. I made some mistakes on my life and I made some mistakes with how I handled my communications with the person I was going to court against. Tray never sugar coated anything fir me and when I made a mistake, he called me out on it. But, he did with class and in a way that you felt he only wanted the best for you. My case was civil litigation but it had lots of elements that had Tray communicating w the DA, the opposing lawyer, police officers, mediators, etc...his name alone cleared a lot of trouble of of my way. From the beginning Tray displayed honesty, integrity and a passion for his work. He was very professional, yet very personable. He was always very prompt in his responses and keeping me up to date on my case. Tray always came to court very well prepared.
