Still waiting on a call from someone about my legal issues. 😪

I was in a situation and they immediately came to the rescue. They have undoubtedly went above and beyond to both communicate but listen as well. I don’t know why anyone would not choose them. The receptionist is great and effective, the paralegals must really love their job because they help so much. Glad I was recommended to them.

Not Happy at all in how Ryan Deaton ***didn't represent me for the $1500 I paid him. To this date he has not been held accountable for taking $1500 and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for it. He claimed making several phone calls to Ellis County Police department and claimed he spoke with the officer involved with my case. NO CALLS ever made. I lived in California at the time I called Ryan Deaton, so going in to speak in person was difficult. I chose Ryan Deaton because I know and respect his father (his father was not available to represent me in this case.) I spoke with Ryan and was assured he would take care of this matter and then paid him $1500. I called multiple times after speaking with the Police officer in Ellis County. He NEVER got calls or heard from Ryan. I made several attempts to contact Ryan. No response. Several weeks passed and Ryan called. I told him I spoke with Ellis County and they said he never called .... He told me he wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. THANKS FOR STEALING $1500 AND FOR BEING DISHONEST. YOURE NOTHING LIKE YOUR DAD. He ALWAYS ALWAYS returned calls and was very kind. Not a thief like you Ryan Deaton. $1500 to make a phone call was ridiculous but I needed help. Lesson learned the hard way. You have to live with this. Apparently you're still ok with ripping people off as this was in 2011. No conscience? I'm a single mom and a nurse...I have no reason to lie .... I worked very hard for my money and it makes me so angry that people like you take advantage of people in need. Yes, this happened in 2011 ... you need to be held accountable.
