I was seeking to get my affairs in order to minimize what my kids would have to do once I died or became incapacitated. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked on my timeline. As we did reviews of the documents, we would discuss actions I wanted incorporated, and he would explain why there might be legal implications to what I wanted. Sometimes, I continued with my plans; other times, I took his advice and modified my documents. This firm was easy to work with and very professional in buttoning up key documents that will be critical at some point in the future.

I would like to tell you of our experience with Crain and Wooley emphasizing that this review applies only to the Mansfield office. We had no dealings with their other offices. We started this process in January, and it was not complete until yesterday, May 28 ( four months). We met with the attorneys at their office to start this process to have a new trust and wills done giving them a copy of what we wanted plus talked to them specifically about what we wanted. We asked if this could be done before the end of January, but we were told it would be the first part of February to the middle of February and yet here we are at the end of May just now completing this process. We wanted specific things but simple things such as who our trustee would be, who gets what etc. Many drafts were sent to us and at one point there were over 40 errors. Some of these errors were very basic such as pronoun agreement, use of abbreviations in a legal document etc. but some were big to us. I would like to also say that the associate lawyer at the Mansfield office, Cole, always responded quickly to our emails. He was never argumentative and is very polite. From our perspective a client should be taken care of promptly especially when they have paid in full at the start of this process and should always be treated with respect. Again I would like to reiterate this review is only our experience with the Mansfield office. In retrospect, I should not have paid them in full up front, and due to the time issue, the number of errors, and the difficulty of getting things explained to us, I would never recommend them

I have been pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of those representing me. Even though I had some complicated issues to deal with, they were handled well and there was grace in the delay that I caused trying to get information to put in the documents.
