Worst attorney. Lazy & rude…

WOULD REMCOMMOND TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS AN ATTORNEY

Don’t waste your time or money, this guy is a joke. he will charge you high dollar and threaten to drop you at the end of the case once he receives all his money. EXTREMELY DISHONEST, MEAN & RUDE. he deserves less than a negative rating.

Best lawyer I've had got me out of jail 4 months early from my court date and got me reinstated on my probation twice and all my court costs and fines waived

He is the worst defender , he is a court appointed defender because no body will hire him he is so rude gettle and disrespecfull we contacted him regarding my brother and after 8 month in jail only one time he went to introduce himself and by the time of the hearing he was ready with the best deal 25 yrs his full of crap he don't work for you he worked against you. So please if Michele Dias of Marvel Texas is appointed to your love one please get him off their case because he will ruin them more. He saids his 30 yr experience he can be 60 years and he will still be a court appointed because no body will hire him. Your Feedback

Court appointed never has talked or seen my grandson.He's very rude.Will do formal complaint to Board of attorneys.Civils Rigths will also be contacted.

We called Mr Diaz regarding a suit we would like to bring up against the city regarding the police lack of doing their job on a domestic violence charge. He told us he "didn't know how to help us" or even the right direction to point us in Mr Diaz also said he ONLY defends criminals. So if you are innocent you may want to give someone else a call instead.
