Ms. Brochstein worked wonders with clients who brought a ton of baggage as well as, for a lack of a better term, village elders, with them to mediation. I recommend her to anyone who needs a difficult situation remedied through mediation.

I've used Fran as a mediation on several occasions. She is a great mediator. She is very straight-forward and honest with the client, but is kind and allows the clients to present their concerns. I've had a lot of success mediating with Fran and would highly recommend her!

While Mrs. Brochstein was unable to help directly with my case as it relates to a company mediation, she did provide me seven resources to contact for assisting with my specific case. She was very friendly, outgoing and pleasant and I cannot commend her enough for reaching out to me personally and holding a real conversation! I called Ms Brochstein this morning out of the blue looking for a consultation regarding divorce. Not only did she answered the phone herself but proceeded to give me advice, not only legal but more like an old friend.
