Very fast,easy, helpful and nice.

I am completely satisfied with the service I got with this firm. Mr. David Cazares and Velma were very accommodating to my needs and made me feel at ease that they would take care of me. I first contacted them in late February 2021 and I am officially divorced today! I believe it was a very fast process, taking into account that with COVID the court dates are taking longer, and I’m very appreciative of that. I am glad I was recommended this office and I would recommend him to anyone seeking an understanding lawyer that lays it all out for you. Thank you so much for everything!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM EVER!! I initially was going to say don't use this firm for more than a $5 debt owed to you. But that $5 may be very important to you. I read all the reviews and there was only one bad review. But that seems to be the only real review out of them all, because it is EXACTLY what I experienced in a totally different court case. The DAVID CAZARES firm gave my case to the attorney TIM DAVIS (a matching review will be there). I thought this case was a slam dunk. I had police reports and text messages to prove what was happening with my baby's mother. He didn't enter a single thing for evidence. As a matter of fact, he never even decided to meet with me to go over the case until 15 minutes before the hearing started. I was only speaking to the secretary for the two months before the hearing. Yes TWO MONTHS of just sending them material that should be presented to the judge, but wasn't! After hiring TIM DAVIS as my attorney, i am worst off than I was before. Pre hearing, she was holding him away from unjustly, now she has 95% of the week and getting paid for it. Even though EVERYTHING about our lives was exactly the same, she was awarded our son. All you need to do is lie and have the other lawyer not say a thing about it. Part of our case was mediation. When the mediator heard I was representing myself from now on, she suggested I get a lawyer again for the rest of the hearings. I told her, that I tried that already. She stated to me "BUT YOU HAD TIM DAVIS!" I said what does that mean? She stated "WELL HE DOESN'T REALLY FIGHT THAT FOR YOU, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT". That is what another lawyer said to me....! So now I'm telling you. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!
