I signed a contract with Stern Law Group who sent out findings one of the defendants quoting they found him completely at fault. They never filed a Motion with the Court for representation and the letters are commingling facts the closer we get to litigation. Then out of the blue they recused themselves citing wrong issues of record. The did not file the Motion to Withdraw since they never filed the Motion of Counsel of Record.
