Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I had to call to find out details and progress on my case. But Latashia Francis single handedly earned the other 4 stars for giving me details in normal everyday person terms instead of lawyer terms and she was so friendly, calm, professional, understanding...this lady definitely deserves more praise (and a raise wouldn't hurt either)
