I gave up trying to get into contact with these people. They answer and say they will get you to an intake specialist and leave you on hold for ever. After almost 10 minutes I called back again, they hung up on me and I called back a third time and told them my experience and they just put me on hold again. Forget it if they are like this now imagine if you were to be a client. Forget it save your time and look else where!

Worse experience ever angel is the worse and very rude!!! He says one thing then changes it!! We were referred to them by another law firm. He doesn’t let you talk at all always talking Over you!! Then due to a disagreement he drops my case blaming the other law firm saying they told him to drop it which is common sense and they can’t do that!! I called the other law firm and they stated he’s lying they can’t tell another law firm what to do!! He ignores your emails!! He’s bad at returning calls and e-mails!! He treats you like your dumb!!! It was just horrible

Last year, my son was involved in a hit and rub car accident. We called Michael Moore law firm and we were able to get the case settled pretty fast. Really great customer service and Mr Moore was always professional when I spoke to him on the phone and saw him when we'd have to go in to the office. I currently have a storm insurance claim for my roof and everything is going smoothly so far. Look forward to getting it settled with Mr. Moore
