Had a very unpleasant run-in with an employee whose name I believe was maddy or Madison romero. she seemed extremely incompetent and behaved rather snobbishly to my party and this reflects very poorly on the firm itself. all she did was confuse and insult my party and as such we will be taking our business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well. Unacceptable.
