Top of the line lawyer!

I had a minor fender bender with a company vehicle. Mr. Zamora took my case and believed in my injuries. They were able to settle my case for half a million 💵 dollars. I highly recommend Juan R. Zamora & his staff. Thank you 🙏 all for changing my life for the best....

Very disrespectful and unprofessional! Juan Zamora threw the documents to his secretary and walked off mumbling things when we told him we wished to discontinue services. Initially, we would have still recommended him, but after the abuse he provided to his worker and the way we were treated I refrain to recommend him to ANYONE. This is not civil, and this place should be more civilized. This page says $0 initial consultation. However, he charged $300. There are many inconsistencies, and they are stealing from the public. If you plan to save money and have a great lawyer (who invests time, supports you, does not lie to you about cancellations), then this may not be the place for you. Juan Zamora conjoined with the opposing lawyer and cancelled the hearing, then stated the judge cancelled. I called and verified with the court, what he said is a lie. Lastly, make sure to ask how much he is charging hourly. He told us $150, but then doubled it to $300. If you decide to persue him regardless, then once you get that information make sure you get it in writing. Or else you may be doubled! I am only posting this because I want people to be aware. However, everyone is entitled to their options. I do caution you. There is enough stress with the case itself, and it would be best to not add more. I was in an accident over two yrs ago. My settlement came in Jan 2020.I never received my check. I continued to contact Simi every 10 days because I was told I was waiting to see if they check was cashed. Feb 26, 2020 I received an email from Simi with the copy of the signed check, I was in tears. I let him know that it was not my signature. He said to me that he and others in his office confirmed that it was my signature. He offered no additional help unless I go to the police station. Report was made in Killeen, Investigation was completed. Check was cashed at a check cashing establishment here in Killeen and it was found that I was a victim of identify theft. Ace cash express requested to have my lawyer send back the cashed check to them and Simi agreed to complete the identity fraud document to get the funds returned from their bank and to refund me that way. Simi informed the detective to have me call him. Call was made on or around March 5th before Covid, Simi agreed to submit the request and to expect payment by the end of the month. Nothing but I waited until July and sent a certified letter to Juan Zamora for help. Simi contacted me by email and again offered to submit to request for the fraud for my refund again I waited. So as it sits over 13 months since they were paid for my accident I still sit without payment from my injuries because no one in the office will help me get paid. Follow up response. Spoke with Juan Zamora and he plans on sending me the money from his personal account until he gets the funds from the bank from the company. I gave up on the firm not knowing that they were always working behind the scenes for me. Forever grateful. This man is my blessing from the lord himself.
