My husband & I didn’t know whether or not to go through with Bankruptcy but I knew we were not able to make it with our social security check anymore & pay out bills. I was able only to pay the minimum only on the credit cards & the interest plus late charges was making it impossible for us to pay the off & in some cases the interest or finance charge was more than what they wanted for the payment.
